** Berenberg forecasts wafer fabrication equipment spending to rise 17% and 16% in 2026 and 2027, respectively

** Says potential acceleration of advanced chip making processes like A14 and complementary field-effect transistors by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co 2330.TW, the world's main producer of advanced AI chips, will fuel this demand

** Adds China spending on chipmaking tools will remain stable this year; domestic equipment still inadequate to support advanced memory chips such as DRAM, or the most powerful processing chips

** ASM International ASMI.AS will be a key beneficiary of an earlier-than-expected A14 investment and continued technology migration to advanced chip designs - Brokerage

** Says ASML Holding NV ASML.AS, Applied Materials AMAT.O, KLA Corp KLAC.O and Lam Research LRCX.O stand to benefit from major chipmakers' advanced node expansion and robust memory chips cycle

** Adds Infineon Technologies AG IFXGn.DE to benefit from AI, STMicroelectronics STMPA.PA from industrial market rebound
