Goldman Sachs (GS) has promoted Ben Frost to chairman of investment banking from co-head of the global consumer and retail group, Reuters reported Wednesday, citing the company's internal memo.
The move came after Frost led the bank's work on Kenvue's (KVUE) $50 billion acquisition by Kimberly-Clark (KMB) and the roughly $24 billion acquisition of Walgreens Boots Alliance by private equity firm Sycamore Partners, according to the report.
Goldman did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
