Perimeter Solutions (PRM) said late Thursday it has closed the $685 million acquisition of Medical Manufacturing Technologies from Arcline Investment Management.
The producer of firefighting products said it financed the deal with cash on hand and proceeds from a now-closed senior secured notes offering.
