Upstart Holdings (UPST) has formed a partnership with Rize Credit Union to offer personal loans to consumers throughout California, according to a Wednesday statement.
The collaboration allows qualified applicants on Upstart.com who meet Rize's credit policies to receive customized offers, the statement said.
