Wuling Motors (HKG:0305) said a modification services agreement between its non-wholly owned subsidiary Wuling Industrial and associate Wuling New Energy was renewed, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Wednesday.
Under the renewal, Wuling Industrial Group will continue to provide modification services to Wuling New Energy for a further three years expiring Dec. 31, 2028.
