Guangdong Hybribio Biotech (SHE:300639), through its subsidiaries, obtained a business license for a partnership fund after completing its industrial and commercial registration procedures, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
The license is for the Guangdong Kaipu Technology Innovation Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), which serves as a provider of investment and consultation services, the Chinese biotechnology company said.
