Fletcher Building (NZE:FBU, ASX:FBU) recently agreed to sell its construction division to French company Vinci Construction for an initial amount of NZ$315.6 million, with the transaction value rising to NZ$334.1 million, subject to the outcome of key contracts under negotiation.
