Astral Resources (ASX:AAR) said that a drilling program confirmed the presence of high-grade gold mineralisation and depth extensions within the Feysville gold project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Drilling yielded 14 meters at 6.79 grams per tonne gold from 192 meters, including two meters at 23.8 grams per tonne gold from 193 meters, the filing said.
The results show the potential for both the overall gold grade and the size of the Kamperman deposit within the project to increase, the filing added.
