AGX Unit, Malaysia Airlines Sign Freight and Customs Services Deal; Shares Rise 3%

AGX Group (KLSE:AGX) unit AGX Logistics (M) has signed a three-year air and sea freight forwarding and customs brokerage services deal with Malaysia Airlines.

Shares gained about 3% in Thursday's late afternoon trade.

The contract covers the shipment of aircraft parts and other goods for MAS operations, effective Dec. 1, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2028.

AGX Malaysia will provide 24/7 services for urgent "Aircraft on Ground" shipments.

The deal is not subject to shareholder or regulatory approval, it added.
