Houlihan Lokey (HLI) is working with private equity company Waterland on a possible purchase of artificial intelligence consulting firm Xebia for 1 billion euros ($1.2 billion), Bloomberg said Friday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
Deliberations are ongoing and Waterland could decide to keep the asset for longer, the people said, according to the report.
Houlihan Lokey did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
