Mapletree Logistics Trust's DPU Declines 9.3% in Fiscal Q3

Mapletree Logistics Trust's (SGX:M44U) distribution per unit (DPU) in the fiscal third quarter dropped by 9.3% to SG$0.01816 from SG$0.02003 a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Amount distributable to unitholders declined 8.5% to SG$92.7 million in the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, from SG$101.3 million a year ago.

Net property income fell 3.3% on year to SG$152 million from SG$157.2 million.

Gross revenue dropped 3.1% year over year to SG$176.8 million from SG$182.4 million, mainly due to the divestment of four properties and reduced contribution from China.

Meanwhile, the trust reported an occupancy of 96.4% and 1.7% rental reversion outside China.
