Franco-Nevada (FNV) said Monday it plans to appoint Tom Albanese as nonexecutive chair, effective May 12, replacing David Harquail, who will be named as chair emeritus.
Albanese serves as the company's lead independent director.
Franco-Nevada shares were up 2.5% in recent premarket activity.
