Tianjin Construction Development CFO Resigns, Successor Appointed; Shares Rise 3%

Tianjin Construction Development (HKG:2515) said Chief Financial Officer Li Kai has resigned, effective Monday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the firm were up 3% in Tuesday morning trade.

The company said Zhao Kuanghua, currently the group's president, has been appointed to replace Li as chief financial officer.
