Black Cat Syndicate (ASX:BC8) said assays received from its diamond drilling program, focusing on the Taipan lode at its Mt. Clement antimony project in Western Australia, intersected antimony-lead-silver mineralization, demonstrating continuity, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
It encountered intercepts of 6.9 meters at 2.18% grade of antimony, 6.04% grade of lead, and 45.91 grams per tonne grade of silver from 130.2 meters, as well as 4.2 meters at 1.92% grade of antimony, 5.45% grade of lead, and 4 g/t grade of silver from 137.80 meters.
Metallurgical test work focusing on antimony recoveries is underway, while drilling at the project is planned to restart in March.
Its shares fell 2% in recent trading on Tuesday.
