Forum Engineering (TYO:7088) said its board approved a plan to cancel all 279,269 treasury shares it held as of Dec. 31, 2025, with the cancellation scheduled for May 14, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The move is conditional on shareholder approval of a share consolidation proposal at an extraordinary meeting on Feb. 25 and the successful completion of a planned tender offer for its own shares.
