Deutsche Telekom Investors Stay cautious Amid Fierce U.S. Competition -- Market Talk

Dow Jones01-27

1001 GMT - Deutsche Telekom investor discussions suggest a more cautious approach, Citi analysts write in a note. The company faces increased U.S. competition, broader dollar risks following recent foreign exchange moves, and declining German broadband net adds, all contributing to investor caution, they say. Nonetheless, DT's U.S. subsidiary, T-Mobile US, is likely to guide for robust financial growth for the next two years, with a merger & acquisition-driven boost in 2026 at the Feb. 11 capital markets day, they add. DT Shares are up 0.5% at 27.04 euros. (najat.kantouar@wsj.com)
