Jonjua Overseas (BOM:542446) has sold its business involving process and technology for 'spent coffee grounds and spent coffee grounds ash bricks' for 151.1 million Indian rupees to HSJONJUA INNOVATEAGRO, according to a BSE filing on Wednesday.
Under the pact, the development of intangible assets is part of the business of Jonjua Overseas, while its market development is with the buyer.
