MT Newswires Live09:42

Catalyst Metals (ASX:CYL) continued advancing the K2 mine, a satellite deposit located on the Plutonic Gold Belt in Western Australia, setting it up for future operations, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Development activities at the mine have ramped up since November 2025, with drill drives established to grade control drill early production stopes and multiple mining fronts created, the filing said.

The company mobilized drill rigs to the mine for resource extension drilling and testing down-dip extensions of known mineralization, per the filing.

Shares rose nearly 2% in midday trade Tuesday and earlier reached an all-time high.
