China Rare Earth Nonferrous Metals (SHA:600259) expects to return to profit in 2025 with attributable net profit of 100 million yuan to 130 million yuan, according to a Wednesday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The Chinese rare earth company recorded an attributable loss of 298.5 million yuan, or 0.89 yuan per share, a year earlier.

The company's shares rose less than 2% during the morning trade.
