ProPetro Holding shares fell in premarket trading Tuesday after the company priced its upsized share offering at $10 apiece.

Shares traded 9.1% lower ahead of the morning bell at $10.11.

The oilfield services company said that it has upsized its public offering by 2.5 million shares for a total of 15 million shares on offer.

At $10 apiece, the company would raise $150 million.

The stock has been performing well so far in the year, rising about 17% to close on Monday at $11.12.

ProPetro said it intends to use the new money for general corporate purposes, including to fund growth capital for additional power generation equipment.

The company has also granted its underwriters the option to purchase up to an additional 2.25 million shares at $10 public offering price.
