China Life Insurance (HKG:2628) said it will forfeit its 2019 final dividend that remains unclaimed as of March 25, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The dividend, declared on March 25, 2020, was 0.73 yuan per share and will revert to the company upon forfeiture.
