PVH (PVH) said Tuesday it has partnered with Microsoft (MSFT)-backed OpenAI to deploy artificial intelligence tools across its global operations to support product development, planning and consumer engagement.
The company said the collaboration will introduce custom AI capabilities into its operating model, covering areas such as design, demand forecasting, inventory management and customer interactions for its Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands.
PVH said it will also use OpenAI's enterprise application programming interfaces, including ChatGPT Enterprise, to build internal workflows across product, marketing, supply chain and retail functions.
