Fidelity National Information Services Boosts Dividend by 10%

Fidelity National Information Services is boosting its quarterly dividend by 10% to 44 cents a share from 40 cents,
The new payout, equal to $1.76 a year, represents a 3.2% annual yield based on the Thursday closing share price of $55.20.
The dividend will be paid on March 24 to shareholders of record as of March 10, the company said.
