Robosense Should Gain From Commercialization of Robotaxis -- Market Talk

Dow Jones01-30

0821 GMT - Robosense's revenue should benefit from increasing popularity of its 520-line LiDAR products among robotaxi players, as the commercialization of robotaxis progresses, Daiwa analysts say in a note. The company has partnerships with more than eight robotaxi players, including Baidu's Apollo Go, Pony AI, Momenta and new entrants such as the Didi-GAC and Uber-Nuro alliances. Didi-GAC recently launched a robotaxi production and pilot testing program, with robotaxis equipped with 10 Robosense lidar units. Meanwhile, unmanned logistics vehicles are also transitioning from pilot projects to parcel-delivery infrastructure starting this year, the analysts say. Daiwa maintains a buy rating on the stock and raises its target price to HK$60 from HK$56. Shares closed at HK$34.10. (jiahui.huang@wsj.com; @ivy_jiahuihuang)
