Ganfeng Lithium (HKG:1772, SHE:002460) has completed the issuance of 500 million yuan in green science and technology innovation bonds, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Hong Kong-listed shares of the lithium miner were down nearly 3% in Thursday morning trade.
The 180-day notes carry an interest rate of 2.19%, are priced at par, and will mature on July 27.
Proceeds will be used to repay interest-bearing debt, replace internal funds previously used for debt repayment, and purchase raw materials, the filing said.
