Ares Management (ARES) said Thursday its credit funds served as the administrative agent on $1.6 billion in debt financing to support the merger of Suave Brands and Elida Beauty.
The combined company, known as Evermark, has launched as a new platform of personal care brands, according to the company.
The company said the new entity's portfolio includes brands such as Suave, Q-tips, and ChapStick, as well as Pond's and Caress.
