V Capital Consulting has filed for an initial public offering.
The company, currently a wholly owned subsidiary of VHKL Private Capital, said it will sell 3.75 million shares, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday. It did not disclose at what price it would offer its shares.
V Capital Consulting has also granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase an additional 562,500 units to cover over-allotments, if any.
The company anticipates using the net proceeds from the offering on capital expenditure, business expansion, and team expansion.
The company intends to list its shares on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker VCCG.
