Goldman Sachs (GS) and JPMorgan Chase (JPM) are working with Entrata, a property software company, for an initial public offering as soon as April, Bloomberg reported Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The Silver Lake and Blackstone-backed company plans to raise $500 million; however, details such as valuation may change, and other banks can be added to the lineup, the report said.
Entrata serves over 12 million residents and helps multifamily property owners automate workflows, according to the statement.
Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Entrata didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
