AGI Greenpac (NSE:AGI, BOM:500187) said it has appointed Chandan Kumar Jha as chief executive officer for its plastic packaging business, effective Jan. 29, according to an Indian bourse filing on Wednesday.
Shares of the company fell over 5% in Thursday's trade.
The company also named Dushyant Kumar as chief operating officer for its can business, effective Feb. 1, the filing said.
