0325 GMT - Telkom Indonesia should benefit from its asset value-unlocking plan, UOB Kay Hian analysts say in a research report. It plans to invite a strategic partner to acquire a 20%-30% stake in subsidiary Telkom InfraCo, prioritizing expertise that can enhance operational performance and accelerate growth, the analysts note. Given the business profile of Telkom InfraCo, its Ebitda margins should trend toward at least 50%, supported by onboarding of more external customers. Additional value-unlocking initiatives are expected, including potential divestment of a stake in the data-center business. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to IDR4,200.00 from IDR4,000.00 to partly reflect value-unlocking catalysts, with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 6.3% lower at IDR3,250.00.
