LVMH Proposes Expedia CEO Ariane Gorin as New Board Member

French luxury group LVMH said it would propose the appointment of Ariane Gorin, chief executive of online travel agency Expedia, to its board.
The company said late Wednesday that the proposal follows Marie-Laure Sauty de Chalon's decision not to renew her mandate as director after 12 years.
