United Hampshire US REIT's Portfolio Likely Offers Stable, Recurring Cash Flows -- Market Talk

Dow Jones01-30

0118 GMT - United Hampshire US REIT's portfolio likely offers stable, recurring cash flows, Phillip Securities Research's Darren Chan says in a note. Supporting factors include high foot traffic, limited new supply and 90% tenant retention, the analyst says. The REIT maintains a healthy leverage of 38.9% with no refinancing requirements until February 2028, providing financial flexibility to pursue yield-accretive acquisitions and underpinning long-term distribution-per-unit growth, the analyst says. With 21.5% of loans on floating rates, the REIT is well-placed to benefit from more rate cuts. The brokerage initiates coverage of the REIT with a buy rating and a target price of US$0.69. Units are 0.9% higher at US$0.55. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
