Zinwell (TPE:2485) said its Hsinchu plant, which was investigated on April 11, 2025 for alleged Copyright Act violations, has resolved the matter with Parametric Technology (Taiwan) (PTC).
Under the settlement, PTC withdrew its criminal complaint on Jan. 29, and will not pursue any damages or civil claims, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The company said the resolution has no impact on its finances or business operations.
