BUZZ-Levi Strauss down after forecasting annual profit below estimates

** Shares of denim apparel maker Levi Strauss & Co LEVI.N down ~2 at $20.07 in extended trading

** Expects annual adjusted EPS in the range of $1.40 to $1.46, below analysts' average estimate of $1.48 — data compiled by LSEG

** Sees annual reported net revenue growth from continuing operations in the range of 5% to 6%, compared with analysts' average estimate of a 5.4% rise

** However, co beats Q4 revenue and profit estimates, helped by strong demand for its wide-leg denim jeans even amid higher U.S. import tariffs and dampened consumer spending

** Stock rose ~20% in 2025
