YH Entertainment (HKG:2306) entered into several continuing transactions with affiliates Hunan Yueying Huayi Entertainment and Shenyang Qiaoqiao Interactive Network Technology covering variety program production, IP promotion, and marketing services, according to a Jan. 30 Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the entertainment firm lost more than 3% in Monday afternoon trade.

Under a framework agreement with Hunan Yueying, service fees for variety program production and management are capped at 10 million yuan for 2026, while artist performance services carry a 4 million yuan revenue cap.

Separate IP promotion and operation agreements set annual caps of 1.5 million yuan and 4 million yuan for 2026 and 2027.

Marketing service agreements with Shenyang Qiaoqiao, covering merchandise, pop toys, and fan club operations, have a combined 3.5 million yuan cap for 2026.

Separately, the group terminated its cooperation agreement with Nice Future on virtual artist operations due to weaker-than-expected performance and said the move will not have a material adverse impact on operations.
