Keppel Infrastructure Trust's Distributable Income Could Rise Slightly -- Market Talk

Dow Jones12:30

0430 GMT - Keppel Infrastructure Trust's distributable income could rise slightly this year, says RHB Research's Shekhar Jaiswal in a note. Its piped town gas business will likely be supported by network growth and residential gas water heater penetration, the analyst says. Its Australian industrial infrastructure unit's earnings could be boosted by an acquisition completed in 4Q, while its subsea cable solutions business is making its first full-year contribution. Near-term growth could be buoyed by new investments, he adds, noting Keppel Infrastructure's around S$180 million in divestment proceeds available. Jaiswal reckons the trust's DPU has scope to improve by 1.0%-1.5% into 2027 on sustained organic growth. RHB Research raises its target price to S$0.58 from S$0.55 and maintains a buy rating. Units rise 1.0% to S$0.525. (megan.cheah@wsj.com)
