RCI Hospitality Holdings (RICK) said late Monday it received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market notifying the company of its noncompliance after failing to timely file a 10-K report for the year ended Sep. 30.
The company said it plans to file its 10-K form or submit a plan to regain compliance before March 31.
