0327 GMT - Indonesian authorities' coordinated policy response to MSCI's concerns over the country's investability is credible and timely, Citi Research analysts write in a note. The Financial Services Authority and Indonesia Stock Exchange moved swiftly to make leadership changes, with seasoned capital-markets insiders appointed to address urgent transparency and governance gaps flagged last week by MSCI. Authorities' latest actions could reduce the risk of more severe MSCI follow-up actions. "We believe reforms plus domestic flows should underpin sentiment, suggesting the MSCI setback may be temporary," Citi says.(amanda.lee@wsj.com)
