0505 GMT - Keppel DC REIT's business growth looks sustainable in 2026, UOB Kay Hian's Jonathan Koh says in a research report. Its focus is pivoting to hyperscale data centers, with the REIT scouting for acquisition of these centers in Singapore, Japan, South Korea and Europe, the analyst notes. It is also consolidating ownership of the SGP3 and SGP4 data centers, with Keppel having agreed to sell its remaining interest in the two facilities to the REIT. The brokerage lifts its 2026 and 2027 distribution-per-unit forecasts for the REIT by 4% and 5%, respectively. It raises the REIT's target price to S$2.82 from S$2.65, with an unchanged buy rating. Units are 1.3% lower at S$2.26. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
