Shenzhen Hello Tech Energy (SHE:301327) plans to subscribe shares in a partnership fund for 22.1 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Wednesday.
Qingdao Turing Anrui Venture Capital Fund Partnership will invest in companies in emerging industries.
The Chinese portable power storage producer will own 4.42% of the fund as a limited partner.
The company's shares fell 2% at the close.
