SAIC Motor (SHA:600104) sold 327,413 vehicles in January, up 24% from 264,166 vehicles in the year-ago period, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
The vehicle manufacturer produced 338,659 units, an increase of 4% from 325,593 units in the same month in 2025.
New energy vehicle sales grew 40% to 85,374 units from 61,098 units, while production rose 20% year over year to 104,716 units from 87,109 units.
