BCC Fuba India's (BOM:517246) board approved an additional investment of 4.6 million rupees in its subsidiary Iogems Technologies through a rights issue, subscribing to 459,000 equity shares of 10 rupees each, according to a Monday filing on BSE.
The move follows the company's earlier acquisition of a 51% stake in Iogems.
There is no change in BCC Fuba's shareholding in the subsidiary, the filing said.
