Live Nation Entertainment has agreed to acquire the Italian venue operator ForumNet Group from Bastogi.

The concert venue and ticket sales company said Tuesday that the deal includes Unipol Forum, a live music and sports arena that attracts 2 million attendees a year.

The 15,800-seat arena is home to the Armani Olimpia Milano basketball team and will stage figure and short-track-speed skating at the 2026 Winter Olympics.

Live Nation plans to invest in the arena to upgrade facilities and reduce carbon emissions, it said.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
