Check Point Software Poised for 'Solid' Q4 Results, Wedbush Says

MT Newswires Live00:17

Check Point Software Technologies (CHKP) is expected to report "solid" Q4 results on Feb. 12 thanks to elevated demand for its

product suites, Wedbush said in a preview note Tuesday.

The report said the company can hit market estimates of $746.4 million in revenue and $2.76 in EPS.

The note also said DRAM costs continue to weigh on its Quantum

product, but price increases prior to the recent DRAM prices will help offset any impact to its margin profile.

The report said recent checks have shown that pricing either remained stable or increased across its business.

Wedbush said it remains positive on the company as it gets closer to providing a full suite of cyber solutions within one consolidated platform.

Wedbush kept its outperform rating with a $240 price target.
