Teradyne's sales jumped 44%, driven by AI-related demand in its semiconductor business. Shares rose 20.8% to $301.30 in after-hours trading Monday.
DaVita had higher-than-expected sales and earnings in the fourth quarter. The stock rose 15% to $128 after the bell.
Rambus said it expects product revenue to be $84 million to $90 million, which would be below the $96.5 million analysts were forecasting. Shares slid 16.7% to $94.72.
