Air New Zealand (ASX:AIZ, NZE:AIR) appointed Kate Boyer, general manager of airports, as chief operations officer, ground, and inflight, effective March 30, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
Boyer will succeed Alex Marren, who will retire at the end of March, per the filing.
Additionally, Chief Transformation and Alliances Officer Mike Williams will transition into the newly created role of chief operations officer, technical operations, effective March 30, the filing added.
