Advanced Drainage Systems (WMS) said Monday it has completed the acquisition of National Diversified Sales, the water management business of Norma Group.
The company said the deal expands its portfolio to include residential water management, access boxes, and irrigation services.
Advanced Drainage said in September that all-cash transaction was valued at about $1 billion.
Advanced Drainage shares were 1.5% higher in recent trading.
