China Vanke (HKG:2202) said it expects around 82 billion yuan in attributable loss for 2025, widening from the 49.48 billion yuan loss booked in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the property developer fell nearly 5% in late morning trade Monday.
Basic loss per share is expected to be 6.89 yuan, compared with 4.17 yuan in 2024.
