Ribbon Communications (RBBN) reported Q4 revenue of $227 million, a 9.6% drop from a year ago amid customer project delays and budget timing rather than demand weakness, according to a note CFRA provided to MT Newswires late Thursday.

Shares sank 30% following a surge in intraday trading volume to over 5.22 million from a daily average of more than 623,000.

Molina Healthcare (MOH) swung to a surprise Q4 adjusted loss late Thursday, and its full-year 2026 guidance for adjusted EPS of at least $5 on revenue of $44.5 billion compared with analysts' forecasts of an EPS of $13.66 on sales of $46.63 billion.

Shares sank 26% as intraday trading volume jumped to almost 7.77 million from a daily average of about 1.57 million.

Amazon.com's (AMZN) shares slumped 7.5% amid heavy trading after the online retailer overnight reported a Q4 earnings miss, and its capital expenditure guidance of $200 billion towered above the $145 billion consensus estimate.

More than 139.3 million shares of the company traded intraday compared with a daily average of about 41.7 million.
