Rumble Resources (ASX:RTR) completed the acquisition of the remaining 70% interest in three exploration licenses in the Fraser Range Region from former joint venture partner IGO (ASX:IGO), securing 100% of the Thunderstorm project in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The transaction involved consideration of 8.8 million shares, based on AU$300,000 worth of shares at a deemed issue price of AU$0.034 apiece, the filing said.
Additionally, the acquisition grants IGO a 1.1% net smelter return royalty in respect of mineral products produced, sold, removed or otherwise disposed within the licenses, per the filing.
Rumble Resources and IGO shares each fell 4% in morning trade Friday.
